Eve O'Reilly
Eve
O'Reilly has 22 years of Supply Chain experience working
for carrier, technology and consulting companies in
technical, marketing, consulting and executive
positions.
Ms.
O'Reilly's most recent position prior to starting the
O'Reilly Group, Inc., was Vice President of API
Solutions Group, the services arm of an aerospace parts
supplier. During that time, Ms. O'Reilly lead a four
year inventory management engagement with a $3.4 billion
business jet manufacturer. A key objective of the
engagement was to consolidate and standardize all
elements of and processes around a $300 million global
after-market inventory on 11 different platforms
implemented during a period of acquisition and rapid
growth.
One
software system was selected and installed to enable
improved service levels and more accurate accounting,
analysis and planning. Global inventory metrics were
implemented as well as a global reverse logistics
program on repairable items resulting in a significant
reduction in repair cycle time. A market pricing
program was implemented which resulted in a $5 million
revenue improvement over a revenue baseline on selected
components. The successful pricing program was later
expanded, and fill rates improved 13%.
Prior to API, Ms. O'Reilly was a consultant with Cap
Gemini Ernst & Young where she worked with Retail and
Chemicals clients on transportation management
engagements in delivery and business development roles.
Ms.
O'Reilly began her career as a Systems Engineer at
Electronic Data Systems with the Government Services
Group and moved on to spend 11 years at CSX
Transportation in Technical and Marketing positions
progressing to National Account Manager. As a National
Account Manager she focused on two Fortune 20
manufacturers where she made a strong contribution in
volume, revenue and contribution growth through
innovative solutions and creative programs.
Ms.
O'Reilly received a BS in Mathematical Science from
Clemson University and an MBA with a Finance emphasis
from University of Baltimore and is an active member of
CSCMP. |
